Winchester Cattery is commited to respect your private details only staff at the cattery will use it for purpose intended.

To ensure we are in line with the CIEH license conditons its important that we collect personal information when you register. Your name address phone number along with emergency contact details which you are responsible to obtain permission from in order for us contact them. We also collect information about your cat and veterinary practise to ensure we can provide the best care should any issues arrise whilst your cat is in our care.

We hold customers information as follows;-

Hard copy of customer records and consent forms.

We keep copies of invoices and receipts for accounting purposes.

We also keep your pet vaccination card whilst your pet is with us. these documents are stored and locked in our office.

This information is kept as long as you are remain a client of Winchester Cattery.

We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
